I recently spent a weekend in Asheville, looking at apartments with my son who is relocating from Charlotte to Asheville. We looked at several different complexes, and The Lofts at South Slope Was clearly the best of all options. Marie, the property manager is friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. She warmly greeted my son and his dog, and spent a good bit of time explaining all the available rentals, and options he had. Are the conclusion of our tour, I was certain that this was where he needed to live. His move-in was last weekend, and I went over to help unpack. His apartment was immaculate, Marie once again was friendly and helpful coordinating all that needed to happen. She even remembered his dog’s name, and had a little dog treat ready for her. The Location of these apartment homes is incredible, with so many restaurants, breweries and other little shops within walking distance. This is a smaller community, with on-site maintenance and property management, so it really feels like somewhere you could settle in and call home. I’m very grateful for Marie, and so thankful that my son has found a new home in Asheville.

This place is awesome!! Unfortunately due to a work change I am having to move and if it wasn't for that I would stay indefinitely. As a female, it was important for me to find a place where I felt safe walking from my car to the building at night and in the early morning hours. The parking deck is well lit along with the streets and sidewalks. The building stays locked and secure. This area has free parking on the streets with lots of locals and travelers visiting the neighboring, breweries and restaurants. It is a great location! Tami and staff will go out of their way to make sure this feels like home for you. Everyone that works here is wonderful! If I ever move back to the area, this is the first place I will come!
